Forest Hill Cemetery was established in 1883 and is located in Birmingham, AL. We are just around the corner from Birmingham International Airport. We are located in a historical part of Birmingham with rolling hills and a creek that flows through the gardens with views of downtown Birmingham We have extremely old graves dating back to 1802, with figures such as a Revolutionary War Soldier W. N. Pullen and his wife, along with the former governor of Alabama, Rufus W. Cobb. We have buried here some revolutionary war veterans, a prisoner from the Bay of Pigs, a former Mayor of Birmingham and a former governor of Alabama. We also have many prominent citizens of Birmingham and some founding fathers of Birmingham buried here. We offer cremation and traditional burials.
