Resthaven Memory Gardens is situated on State Route 83 in Avon, Ohio, just inside the eastern Lorain County Line and service Lorain, Huron and Cuyahoga County residents with easy accessibility to both Interstate 90 and 480. Resthaven was first opened in 1963 and from what was once cornfields, has now become one of Lorain County’s premier cemeteries with over 80 acres of land.

While entering the park, you will be showered with cherry and pear blossom trees as well as flowering dogwood and crabapples trees. We have six garden features in which one, The Garden of Devotion, displays and 18 foot tall solid granite state of the Bible with the Lord’s Prayer inscribe on it. Also present when entering in the A-frame chapel for committal services and three free standing mausoleums.

We are a non-denomination, non sectarian cemetery offering in-ground garden crypts, vaulted lots, side by side, and double depth spaces. Mausoleum entombments, private family estates cremation programs which include regular and glass front niches.

Located 17 miles west of Cleveland is Rest Haven Memory Gardens surrounded by the peaceful greenery and the beautiful Lake Erie gracing the distance.
