Forest Memorial Park was established in 1958 and is located in Milton, WV.

The cemetery has a 588 unit mausoleum, which offers both inside and outside spaces. There is a beautiful view from the mausoleum where as it sits on top of a hill. We have 6 established gardens and one being developed. The cemetery has both flat & upright markers. There are two quaint ponds on the grounds and woods surround the cemetery. There is also a statue of Jesus, which is centered at the top of the hill in one of the garden sections.

Our services include traditional burials, cremation, lawn crypts and a mausoleum.
