Based on the amount of ongoing requests we receive for genealogy searches, it’s obvious that families hunger to construct their tree of heritage, to determine the uniqueness of their lineage, to create their very own chain-of-connection with past generations.
That’s why we started our Cemetery Records Program. This service enables you to request a genealogy search from any affiliate aftercareplanning.com cemetery location.
Records Fee
Interment Information Request: $45 (per name)
The cemetery records fee is based on the cost of staff time involved in locating documents, pulling and refilling records, copying records and mailing compiled information to the researcher.
Interment Records- Available to the public
• Name of the individual
• Age at the time of death
• Lot number where they are buried
• Section where the lot is located
• Plot where the lot is located
• Date of Death
• Date of Interment
Note: If you are the Lot Owner, all records for the lot will be provided to you at no charge. Please contact the cemetery directly.

After you place your order and receive your receipt/confirmation page, a cemetery representative will contact you to fulfill your request.
